Taking risks is crucial to being innovative. This course is focused on delivering information on how to see risks as opportunities and how to respond to different challenges.
This program is an integral part of our Project Management Curriculum. Please refer to the Page “Project Management Curriculum”.

Objective
* Appreciate the benefits of risk management: learn effective approaches to identify, analyze, and respond to project risks and opportunities
* Develop a proactive approach to threats and opportunities: seize opportunities, minimize threats, and achieve optimum results

To Enhance Basic Leadership Skills and the Ability to Achieve Results through People. “The ‘Leading at the Frontline’ program will provide you with an excellent understanding how to lead your associates and to shape the talents of your team to enhance performance.”
